No Deposit Is Required

Full payment will be due 60 days from your arrival date

Refunds will be given in the following manner:

• 100% refund of full payment 60+ days from arrival

• 75% refund of full payment 31-59 days from arrival

• 50% refund of full payment within 21-30 days from arrival

• 25% refund of full payment within 14-20 days from arrival

• No refund within 2 weeks of arrival

** There is a $25 Processing Fee for any cancellation **

These policies will be strictly enforced.

If you are unsure about making the trip? Don’t book. A reservation is a commitment. You are committing to coming and we are committing our space to you for the given week. Renting cottages is nearly impossible to do on short notice because it requires people to take off time at work, plan around activities, and line up multiple family members schedules. Late cancellations are devastating to us no matter the reason or explanation.
