Basic Cottage Information:

Check In/Check Out Days:

• Cottages Rent On A 3, 4, or 7 Night Cycle - Check In or Check Out Days Are On Sundays or Thursdays

  • You Can Stay Sunday to Thursday, Thursday to Sunday, or Sunday to Sunday

  • Check In Time: 3 pm (There Are No Early Check Ins Or Late Checkouts)

  • Check Out Time: 10 am

Rules:

• All cottages get 2 parking spots - parking is ONLY available to guest who are over night guests in the cottage. We offer beach parking for $15 for the day for day visitors.

• Extra Guest Fee is $10 For Day Guests and $25 For Over Night Guest - Rate Includes 4 People Per Cottage

• No Pets

• No Parties

• Quiet Hours: 9 pm - 9 am

Miscellaneous Information:

• Our cottages are older units built in the 1960’s and 1970’s. We have not modified them except adding new furniture and modern appliances.

• Guests Bring Their Own Bath And Beach Towels

• We do supply 1 pillow per person, sheets, and a comforter

• We do not provide extra pillows, blankets, etc.

• We Do Not Have Beach Chairs On Property

• Coffee Maker: Keurig - Bring your favorite K-Cups

• Our cottages all come with cable and wifi in the unit
