Rooms:

Basic Room Information:

• All motel rooms have a maximum occupancy of TWO guests (Our cottages hold up to 6 guests and are perfect for 3-6 guests)

• No children under 12 are allowed in 2nd floor motel rooms (We have a few rooms on the 1st floor)

• All motel rooms have 1 bed only (All king or queen)

• We provide towels and toiletries, 4 k cups per day, 2 extra pillows and a blanket

• All rooms come with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator

• All rooms come with wifi and cable

• No Pets Allowed (Service Dogs that assist the guest with disability are allowed. We do not allow emotional support dogs. We send in guest information to the ADA for every guest who stays with us with a service dog to confirm compliance with all federal laws. Misrepresenting a pet as a service dog carries severe legal and financial consequences)

• No Parties

• Quiet Hours 9 pm - 9 am

• All Motel Rooms Come With 1 Parking Spot
