one bedroom - ocean view - # 16

1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed (Max Occupancy: 4 - Priced for 2, each additional guest is $25 per night) - 1 parking spot

Suite # 16 is located at the front of our property and takes in views of the ocean and Maine coastline to our south. # 16 is perfect for a couple who wants to get away for the week and have a full kitchen and living room area to relax. The unit features it’s own private deck with outdoor seating and a dining table on the deck facing the ocean and seawall. Equipped with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room and a full kitchenette with all pots, pans, dishes, plates, utensils, glassware, and cutlery, it is perfect for a small family who wants to cook for the week or a couple looking to feel at home. The unit features a keurig coffee machine, so be sure to bring your favorite k-cup.

Marsh View - 1 Queen + 1 Twin Bed

Rooms # 11 and # 12

Rooms # 11 and # 12 sit on the Rachel Carson Conservation Estuary and are home to many birds, deer, and other wild life. Located on a 2nd floor, the sunsets from # 11 and # 12’s back deck are superb. Each unit has a front deck as well, which is a great location watch the sun come up over the Peninsula while having your morning coffee. Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee machine, cable tv, air conditioning and free wifi.

Ocean view - 1 queen Bed

Room # 13

Room # 13 is a second floor unit with an ocean view from our balcony deck. At night, you will hear the crackling of the small rocks as they crash into the bigger ones along the sea wall. Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee machine, cable tv, air conditioning and free wifi. I would recommend this room to any couple looking to getaway and be in a private end unit with a great view!

Ocean View - 1 Full + 1 Twin Bed

Rooms # 14 and # 15

Rooms # 14 and # 15 are located at the front of our property on the second floor. Each unit has it’s own seating on the 2nd floor deck with views to the south over the seawall and straight ahead you have nice morning views of the rising sun. At night you will hear the crackling of rocks as the waves crash into the seawall and you will know you are in Maine. Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee machine, cable tv, air conditioning and free wifi.

Yard View - 1 Queen Bed

Rooms # 1 and # 2

Rooms # 1 and # 2 are two of my favorite units. They are straight to the point and feature a rustic setting with a lot of history in each room. The old water well and neighboring flowers bring a throw back feel to the units. The rooms feature 1 queen bed and your own deck seating outside with a great view of our grounds. Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee machine, cable tv, air conditioning and free wifi.

Ocean View - 1 Queen

Rooms # 17 and # 18

Rooms # 17 and Room # 18 are located at the front of our property on 1st floor and are a short 150 foot walk to Crescent Beach sand. These units do require you go up a small set of stairs to get to your deck entrance. The room has 1 queen bed and it’s own seating on the deck with views to the north over the seawall with a slight ocean view. At night you will hear the crackling of rocks as the waves crash into the seawall and you will know you are in Maine. Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee machine, cable tv, air conditioning and free wifi.
